I am Mushfiqur Rahman, an education development professional from Bangladesh with over 14 years of experience in the education sector. I have worked across government, non-governmental organizations, and directly in classrooms.
Currently, I am working as a Literacy Program Officer at Room to Read Bangladesh since 2018. In this role, I implement literacy programs aimed at improving children’s reading skills and nurturing a love of reading to help them become independent readers.
Previously, I have worked with organizations like Save the Children, Ankur ICT Development Foundation, DPE (ROSC Project), and Agroni Girls School and College, holding various positions related to education.
I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Educational Evaluation and Research from the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka.
